Miso Paste

Made from organic brown rice, this fresh live red miso soy bean paste has a unique deeper scent and a mellow richer taste compared to other miso. It is made by traditional and natural fermentation methods which produce unpasteurised fresh live miso. Live miso contains active enzymes that aid digestion, as well as helping to tenderise meat or fish. It also gives a nice Umami flavour to your dish. Red miso paste has a longer fermentation process than white miso paste. No GMO. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No artificial preservatives, colours or flavours.
